Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Prize on
Saturday 14 May, 2016 (Event).
An entrant’s nominated residential address must fall within a 50km radius
of the Sydney CBD (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion).
Entrants and their companion must be present and available at their
nominated residential address between 9.00am (AEST) to 12:00pm
(AEST) on Saturday 14 May, 2016 at the time advised by the Promoter
(in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, both the
entrant and their companion must depart from the same nominated
residential address at the same time.
Entrants and their companion must be able to depart from their
nominated residential address to the Event within 15 minutes of the
Promoter’s representative arriving at the nominated residential address
at the advised time. If an entrant and their companion are not ready to
depart within 15 minutes of that advised time, the Promoter may (in its
sole and absolute discretion) determine that the entrant has forfeited that
element of the Prize.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof
of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant [or their
companion/s] be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for the Prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants [and their
companion/s] must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in
order to be eligible to win and participate in the Prize.
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a
personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business
number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).

By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to
call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a
representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as
defined above) between 6.00am (AEST) to 9.00am (inclusive) and in
accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be
eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to
a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that
entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business
name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail
message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
In the event a winner is unable to attend the Event, they may transfer the
Prize to a nominated friend. The friend may invite a companion,
however, it is a condition of accepting the Prize that the nominated friend
and their companion must independently comply with these terms and
conditions. The winner must give the Promoter notice of the transfer and
any details the Promoter may reasonably require in transferring the Prize
before 5pm (AEST) on 11 May 2016, otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of [$10,000] or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous [six (6)] months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
