a. Management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, or companies associated with the Promotion;

b. a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of the entrant;

3. If an entrant is under 18 years of age he/she must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter the promotion. If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on their behalf.

4. Any cost associated with accessing the competition website is the responsibility of the entrant and is dependent upon the internet service provider used.

5. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Promotion commences at 9.00 am (AEST) on 2 May 2016 and ends at 11.59 pm (AEST) on 23 May 2016 (“Promotion Period”).

7. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period log onto roadshowent.com.au/winthailand and complete all details included in the entry form, and submit their entry, for one entry in the draw (Eligible Entry).

8. A maximum of one entry in the draw per person is permitted. Anyone found intentionally creating multiple Registrations to generate entries (whether using an alias, false name or abbreviated name) will be immediately disqualified from the Promotion. This includes registrations generated on behalf of members of competition websites.

9. This Promotion is a game of chance. The random Prize draw will be conducted at 2.00pm (AEST) on 24 May 2016, at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089.

10. The first eligible entry drawn at random will be the winner. The winner will be notified within 2 business days of the draw, by email, and published on the www.roadshowent.com.au/winthailand from 26 May 2016 for a period of 28 days.

11. The winner will receive two (2) return economy airfares (including flight associated taxes) from the winner’s nearest Australian Capital City to Phuket, Thailand (flights may not be direct) and seven (7) night’s twin share accommodation at the Thavorn Beach Village & Spa Hotel, including breakfast daily. Maximum value of the prize is $5,000.

12. Total maximum retail value of the prize pool is $5,000 including GST, which is correct at the time of publication.

13. The prize must be redeemed prior to 31 May 2017.

14. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any element of the prize that is unused will be forfeited.

15. The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes (other than those included in the price of the ticket), ancillary cost, tours, ground transportation, airport transfers, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion. Prize travel is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage of the applicable airline. It is the responsibility of the winner to check with the Department of Foreign Affairs regarding possible Travel Warnings to a Country or Countries they and their Travel companion will be travelling to.

16. Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. Flights and accommodation are subject to capacity control, and availability may be limited particularly around peak times such as school holidays. The winner and their companion will not accrue Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel. Upgrades cannot be purchased using winner's Frequent Flyer points.

17. Airline tickets for the prize must be redeemed at the same time, for the same flights, travelling to and from the same locations. If the winner is unable to use both tickets at the same time they will forfeit the additional ticket and no compensation will be given in lieu. Any changes or costs incurred once the tickets have been issued will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

18. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any element of the Prize, for an element of similar theme and of equal value, subject to State regulation and subsequent approval. Any costs, without limitation, incurred, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner does not claim, use or accept the prize at or within the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited by the winner.

19. The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

If the prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will instruct MDSA to conduct a random redraw at 2.00pm (AEST) on 26 August 2016 at the same place as the original draw as necessary to award the unclaimed prize, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. The unclaimed prize winner, if any, will be notified within 2 business days of the draw, by phone & email and published on the www.roadshowent.com.au/thailand from 29 August 2016 for a period of 28 days.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason, during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

22. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to States and Territories regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.

23. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry or draw mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.

24. The Promoter, Promoter’s Management, employees, Directors and contractors, its related entities, agencies, or companies associated with the Promotion shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the a Prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

27. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any elements included in the prize. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law.

28. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name for publicity purposes. This information may be disclosed to State departments and published as required by the relevant legislation regulating trade promotions.

29. The information entrants provide (Entry Information) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and for the purposes set out in this clause. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the storage of their entry information on the databases of the Promoter.
