Rockwear International & Shared Marketing will facilitate the draw, fulfillment and management of the prize.

2. To be eligible to win you must Complete the sign up box on the Rockwear Website, joining the Rockwear email database and correctly answer the Multiple Choice question offered. Entrants must be over the age of 16 years. You may choose to unsubscribe from the Rockwear Database at any time, however you must be a subscriber at the time of the winners being notified in order to redeem your prize. Should you not be a subscriber of the Rockwear Database at time of the winners being notified, you will forfeit the prize.

3. The promotion commences at 6:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEST) on Tuesday 19th April 2016 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday 16th May 2016 (the Promotion Period).

4. Rockwear will pick the winners provided the above conditions have been met. The winner will be notified no later than 11.30am (AEDST) on Tuesday 17th May 2016 via their Email address provided. Rockwear accepts no responsibility for unread or late responses once the winners has been notified. The winners will be drawn no later than 11:00am (AEDST) on Tuesday 17th May 2016 at the location Shared Marketing Suite 22, Level 1, Runaway Bay Marina, 247 Bayview Street, Runaway Bay, Australia.

5. Prize – The winners will receive the prize of $100 Gift Voucher to be reddemed Online. If the winner/s would prefer to purchase using the voucher in store they must notify Rockwear Head Office (07) 5556 0533 / karen@rockwear.com.au prize cannot be refunded online or in stores.

6. If the prize is unclaimed by Friday 3rd June 2016 it will be redrawn at 11:00am (AEST) on Monday 6th June 2016 at Rockwear, Unit 1 / 14 Millennium Circuit, Helensvale QLD 4212.

7. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied.

8. Employees of Rockwear and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion. 

9. Rockwear reserves the right to withdraw a prize and redraw an alternate winner should we suspect these terms and conditions are not being adhered to or if the winner is suspected of dishonest conduct.

10. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.

11. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities.

 

Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Rockwear database. The Promoter and Rockwear may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Rockwear Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of Rockwear. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database.
