TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is open to all Australian residents, however participants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
3. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors, management and employees of Woolworths Limited and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotional period commences Wednesday 4th May 2016 at 00:01am AEST and then
concludes Tuesday 17th of May 2016 at 11:59pm AEST. 5. To enter participants must during the Promotion Period:

6. In order for an Entry to be valid, entrants must:

made to verify all entries before awarding the prize. Failure to provide proof of all purchases, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, will result in the invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize and a re­draw will occur at the discretion of the Promoter or any chosen date.
7. Inaudible, illegible, incomplete and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

9. Only one prize will be awarded per household over the entire Promotion Period (Excluding SA).
10. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
11. The prizes and values are as follows:
There is 1 (one) major prize and 10 (ten) minor prizes to be won
The Major prize is 1 (one) Endoa All Day Sap Package voucher (5 hours) valued at $550.00 to be used at any Endota Spa in Australia. The voucher will be valid for 12 (twelve) months from draw date, will be sent to postal address and includes:

The minor prizes are $100 vouchers to shop online with Woolworths. Each prize comprises of 1 x $100 promotional code to be redeemed on www.woolworths.com.au which will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Prize will be sent to postal address. Use of promotional codes will be subject to the following conditions:
o each promotional code must be used in a single transaction;
o unused credit attached to a promotional code will be forfeited and will
not be able to be used for a further transaction;
o the transaction involving redemption of a promotional code will require
a minimum spend of $30 (after any applicable discounts and excluding amounts spent on smoking/tobacco products and/or accessories, flowers, liquor, Delivery Saver products and delivery costs) (eg. if you are spending $100 on products at ;ww.woolworths.com.au and on the abovementioned excluded products, you would need to spend an additional $30 on other products (excluding smoking/tobacco products and/or accessories, flowers, Delivery Saver products, liquor and delivery costs) in order to redeem the promotional code); o the credit attached to a promotional code cannot be used on smoking/tobacco products and/or accessories, flowers, liquor, Delivery Saver products and delivery costs; and

12. ThemajorprizeissubjecttothetermsandconditionsofEndotaSpa. The promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Endota Spa or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Each valid entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the
Promotional Period will be entered into the draw. V;alid participants will be drawn at
random to become the winners. The drawing of the prize will take place at Red Jelly the
34­36 Elizabeth St, Hobart TAS 7000 on Thursday 19th May 2016 09:00am AEST.
14. The first (one) valid entry randomly electronic drawn will become the major prize winner. The next 10 (ten) valid entries drawn will become the minor prize winners. The prize winners will be contacted via phone within 2 days of the draw.
15. The prize winner/s will have their first name, surname initial and state published on the Woolworths website within 14 days of the determination of the winners. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
16. If a winner does not claim their prize within 90 days from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same place as the original draw as are necessary subject to regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at Red Jelly 34­36 Elizabeth St, Hobart TAS 7000 on Thursday 18th August 2016 09:00am AEST . The prize winner will be contacted by email within 2 days of the draw. The winner’s names (first name and surname initial) and state will be published on the Woolworths website within 14 days of the determination of the winner.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries that are in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
19. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
20. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill or store receipt for purchase requirement) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to participants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses or SIM cards to register single or multiple purchases. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
23. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries into the Promotion (including registration information provided in relation to such entries (for example, name, contact number, date of birth, Woolworths Rewards card number, email address and postal address) will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use such details for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering this Promotion, participants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If participants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter using their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to the Promoter.
24. The time of entry will in each case be the time the data is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
25. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependant on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
26. Prizes cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash.
27. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
28. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
29. Prize values are in Australian Dollars based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date
30. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.

The Promoter is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying winner and prize fulfillment).
