Promotion Term
This promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 22/04/2016 (Opening Time) and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 11/05/2016 (Closing Time). This period of time between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to in these terms as the Promotional Period.

Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Where a winner is under 18 years of age, prizes will be awarded only if the consent of their legal guardian is first given and obtained.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Promoter Resellers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin.

Entry Process
To enter this promotion an entrant must visit the website
https://sites.sony.com.au/Members and follow the instructions to register for a Sony Online account (a.k.a. MySony account); and sign up to email marketing. Once registered and opted in they will go into the draw to win.
All purchases that contain incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain false or erroneous contact information or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Promoter.
Winner Selection and Contact Process
Following the conclusion of the promotion at the Closing Time one (1) entry will be selected at random. The entrant associated with the entry will be declared the Winner and will receive the Prize.
The prize draw will take place at 2/20 Hutchinson St, Surry Hills NSW 2010 at 11:00:00 AEST on 13/05/2016. The Winner(s) will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with Promoter within the relevant entry forms) and through publication on the Sony web site.
The Winner(s) must claim their prize by responding via email no more than 3 months after the draw date. For any correspondence regarding your claim please email
sonysupport.au@ap.sony.com. Please ensure you keep a copy of all documentation.
In the event of the prizes being unclaimed, a further draw will take place to determine any replacement winners (Replacement Winners). This replacement prize draw will take place at the same address as the original draw, at 11:00:00 AEST on 15/08/2016. The Replacement Winner(s) will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with Promoter within the relevant entry forms) and through publication on the Sony web site.
Prize Details
The Winner (or Replacement Winner) if the Winner fails to claim the prize within the permitted time) will each receive the following products as the Prize:
