ATW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY TAKING PART IN THIS PROMOTION, ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING:

This promotion is only open to Snap Fitness Australia members who are residents of Australia, excluding employees and the immediate families of Snap Fitness Australia (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
Entry Restrictions and Rules
1 entry per member per workout - in total 12 entries possible
Each entry must be accompanied by the submission of one video or image clearly showing the member completing some aspect of the workout for which they are entering
Eligible participants can enter via the mobile-optimised microsite accessible via www.snapATW.com.au
Promotion Dates
The promotion runs from 1 April 2016 until 30 June 2016.

Prize Draws
There will be three major prize draws. One for each month of the promotion. Winners will be drawn within the week following the closing of the previous month’s competition.

Major Prize:
WIN the rest of your membership for 2016 for free
There will be three major prize winners. 1 for each month of the competition.
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entrants received during each month of the competition.
By participating in this Promotion, each Participant irrevocably assigns with full title guarantee to the Promoter and its affiliate, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees all rights, title and interest in and to their video(s) or image(s) submitted on entry, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights. Furthermore each participant forever waives any legal or moral rights that may preclude the Promoter’s use of their video(s) or image(s) submitted on entry, for any purpose, and agree to never sue or assert any claim against the Promoter or any of its affiliates or agents for their use of your entry.
Any entry that is found, at any time, not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are eligible to take part in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. The participant may be notified via email if their entry is rejected or disqualified but due to the number of anticipated entries we will not be able to provide any further information.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late Entries will not be accepted. Proof of entry / transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
There are no cash or other alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prizes and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible on the website (www.snapATW.com.au).
The Promoter reserves the right to alter the name/image/video of an Entry in its sole discretion including but not limited to: correction of errors, cosmetic changes to images/videos or where entry names or images are not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations or are otherwise not appropriate. Put simply: THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY CHANGES TO ENTRIES AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME DURING THE COMPETITION.
Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
