Simply purchase a Carlton United Breweries tap beer from the Sports Bar between Sunday 15th May - Friday 24th June 2016 and recieve an entry ticket to go in to the weekly draw to win a Trailer and tools package valued at approx. $ 3000.

Final to be held Friday 24th June at 5:30pm.

Who can Enter:
Open to patrons over 18 years of age.
Entries are limited to Feros Rewards Members to enter the promotion with every
purchase of a Carlton United tap product within the Sports Bar.
Prize:
The Trailer & Tools promotion prizes include, Box Trailer, Gerni, Grinder, Impact
Drill, Circular Saw, Cordless Drill, Tool Kit, Blower Vac, Whipper Snipper, Multi
Fold Ladder and Orbital Sander with the approximate value of $3000.
How to Enter:
Simply purchase any Carlton United Brewery tap beer within the Sports Bar at Taren
Point Hotel between Monday 9th May and Friday 24th June, to receive an entry ticket
to go in to the weekly draw to in to the final to win the Trailer & Tools package.
The promotion starts on Monday 9th May 2016 and runs every day up until 5pm Friday
24th June 2016. A weekly member will be drawn every Friday on the following dates
at 5pm,
• Friday 20th May
• Friday 2th May
• Friday 3rd June
• Friday 10th June
• Friday 17th June
• Friday 24th June
Each of the winners must be present on Friday 24th June at 5:30pm to have the
chance to win the Trailer & Tools.
No Liability:
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agency or event which
prevents or significantly hinders the promoter’s ability to proceed with the
promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and
conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempest,
natural disasters, acts of god, civil unrest, strike war, act of terrorism, the
promotor may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion without notice. In
such an eventuality reason(s) would be posted on the group website.
In the event such termination, the promoter may elect not to award any prize
associated with the terminated competition.
All contestants release from and indemnify the promoter against all liability,
expense, loss, cost or claim arising from the entrant(s)participation in any
contest or competition conducted by or of those affiliated with the
competition, such as sponsors, suppliers and contractors, including but not
limited to injury and damage to person or property regardless of circumstance.
Marketing:
1. The personal details of entrants may be used for mail marketing unless a
prior request is made by the entrant not to do so.
2. The first name and residential suburb of a winner may be used in any
marketing media at the discretion of the promoter.
Entrants’ personal details will not be disclosed to any person or party and
will remain the confidential property of the promoter excluding the exercise
of conditions 1 and 2.
