b. The promotion period begins on 18th April, 2016 at 12:01 am (AEST) and ends on 31st July, 2016 at 11:59 pm (AEST).

c. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are 18 years or over. Employees of Xennox Diamonds and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.

d. One prize redeemable per couple.

e. Eligibility to receive a free holiday is determined by the value of the diamond engagement and/or wedding ring purchased.

f. Value of purchase value must be equal to or greater than AUD$4,000.

g. The holiday/s are as specified by Xennox Diamonds and their value will not exceed AUD$2,521 each (including GST).

h. The holiday that corresponds with the diamond engagement ring purchase values are as follows:

AUD$4,000 minimum spend warrants a AUD$2,126 (approx. based on exchange rate at time of purchase) Romantic Getaway at The Pearl South Pacific, Fiji. 7 nights accommodation, Garden room, full buffet breakfast daily and welcome drinks upon arrival included. j. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

k. Prize is redeemable with any full priced item purchase.

l. Each holiday package is valid for twelve (12) months from date of purchase or 30th June 2017 (whichever is earlier) unless otherwise decided by Xennox Diamonds, and is subject to The Pearl South Pacific availability.

m. Each holiday is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason the recipients do not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by Xennox Diamonds, then the prize or any element of the prize will be forgone and not redeemable for cash.

n. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses including additional spending money, flights, meals, transfers and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

o. By purchasing a Xennox Diamond engagement/wedding ring or fine jewellery purchase during the specified time period, each recipient is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

p. Any personal information collected for the purposes of the promotion is collected to enable identification of each customer and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
