Terms & Conditions for “$500 Flight Centre Voucher” competition.
 1. The prize is a Flight Centre Voucher valued at $500. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.
 2.  The competition period runs from 1st June 2016 to 30th June 2016 11:59PM AEST
 3.  The winner will be announced on the SMS Finance Facebook Page on July 1st
 4.   The competition holder is SMS Finance PTY LTD ABN: 73 605 669 574

 6. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
 7. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of SMS Finance and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
 8. To enter –

Fully and correctly complete and submit the form on the website.

By completing the form you will be added to SMS Finance’s email database. You may be removed from the database by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email received by SMS Finance.
 9. Only one entry will be accepted per customer.
 10. The winner of the prize will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn. The decision will be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
 10.  The winner will be notified via phone and email and must claim their prize within 2 months of the initial draw.  If the prize has not been collected by this date, a re-draw will take place within 1 week after the prize claim date has passed.
 11.  The prize may be posted to winners address on request, otherwise the prize must be claimed on visiting the Maroochydore office.
 12. SMS Finance shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 13. All entries become the property of SMS Finance. All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future marketing & promotional purposes.
 14.  Important – Privacy:  The information that entrants provide will be used by SMS Finance for the purpose of conducting the competition and of periodically providing entrants with marketing information about SMS Finance’s services.  By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
