Terms + Conditions

1. Spencer & Rutherford (SR) is the Promoter

2. By entering this competition you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You should read them carefully and can save a copy for your reference.

3. Promotion commences 19 April 2016 at 9am AEST. Entries Close 12 July 2016 at 11.59pm AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

4. To enter this competition you must choose a Spencer & Rutherford handbag personality, enter your personal details and submit your entry from the SR website. To enter in-store simply sign up from our website on the iPad provided, or ask a staff member for assistance.

5. For additional chances to win you can submit friend’s email details. You must only enter friend’s valid email addresses for them to be considered as an extra chance for you to win. Your extra chance to win only becomes valid upon friend’s registration from invitation email. Non-valid friend’s email addresses are not considered as an extra chance to win.

6. Total prize value is $1,500 at RRP. Prize will be provided as an online gift voucher to be used on our online store or in our Melbourne Boutique. Prize claimed online will incur a delivery fee within the gift voucher total.

7. Prize will be delivered to winner by Australia Post eParcel standard delivery.

8. Winner will be announced 19 July 2016 via Spencer & Rutherford Facebook page and newsletter, and notified via email.

9. Three progressive prizes of a Purdy Leather Wallet will be drawn at 3 weekly intervals during the competition. Winners will be drawn from valid pool of entrants who have entered during the previous 3 weeks to that draw. Prizes will be drawn 3/5/16, 24/5/16, 14/6/16. Winners will be announced in company email marketing newsletter following each draw and on Social Media. Winners will receive Purdy Wallet prize within 10 days of draw.

10. By entering the competition you warrant that all personal information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that the email address you submit is accurate and valid.

11. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged or refunded.

12. By entering this competition you are automatically agreeing to become a member of our database and receive our newsletters, invitations and special offers.

13. SR will draw additional valid reserve entry winners and record them in order, in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn and the judges elect to draw upon such reserve entries.

14. Prize must be claimed within 2 days. If winner cannot be contacted or the prize claimed within that time, a subsequent prize winner will advised from the reserve entries in order of those recorded until the prize is claimed.

15. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, or partner or immediate family member of an employee of SR or any third party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Competition.

16. If you are a winner, you may also be required to participate in publicity in connection with the Competition. You agree that we can use your name and photo of you with your prize, on social media, as ‘the winner’ and offline in media and press releases about or reporting on the Competition, the Event or SR.

17. By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Competition, prize fulfilment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

18. By participating in the Competition you hereby warrant that all personal information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that the email address you submit is accurate and valid.

19. Any entry made or attempted to be made in a manner which in SR’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the Competition. Examples of entries or behaviour which are not allowed include fraudulent entries, bulk entries, automated entries, cheating, hacking or deception.

20. SR reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in circumstances beyond the SR’s reasonable control where SR reasonably considers such cancellation or amendment is unavoidable.

21. SR cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications line failure, theft, destruction, corruption, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

22. SR shall not have any liability and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant in this Competition or resulting from the Prizes.

23. In the event of any dispute, whether such dispute concerns the conduct or eligibility of participants, results or any and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of SR shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
