Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years or older. Entrants must be able to travel between 16th October 2017 – 24th October 2017 Entrants must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from 24th October 2017
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia.
Maximum Entries Multiple entries are permitted, however an entrant is only eligible to win one (1) prize in the Promotion.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must: 1. During the Online Registration Period, visit the Website of the entrant’s local station, register their details, and answer the question specified by the Promoter in twenty five (25) words or less.
2. Each local station will judge entries received on their Website to create a shortlist of entrants.
3. During the Contesting Period, shortlisted entrants will be telephoned by the Promoter to inform them that they have been shortlisted.
4. On Friday 15th July 2016 at 2pm AEST, the Promoter will judge all valid shortlisted entries received to date in accordance with the Judging Details to determine one (1) Major Prize winner.
5. On Friday 22nd July 2016 at 2pm AEST, the Promoter will judge all valid shortlisted entries as determined during the Contesting Period (excluding the Major Prize winner determined as per 4. above) in accordance with the Judging Details to determine one (1) Major Prize winner.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability. Shortlisted entries received between 6am AEST 4 July 2016 and 1.59pm AEST on 15 July 2016 will be judged for the first Major Prize, and all shortlisted entries (excluding the winning entry) received during the full Online Registration Period will be judged for the second Major Prize.

The Major Prize winners must be able to travel between 16th October 2017 – 24th October 2017.
The Prize will require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, additional meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any Travelling Companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any Travel Companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any Travel Companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the travel destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Notification of Winners
Winner will be notified via phone and email on Friday 15th July 2016 and Friday 22nd July 2016.
Publication Details Winners will be published on Tuesday 26th July 2016 on the Websites.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: Friday 29th July 2016 at 2pm AEST If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize to another valid shortlisted entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details.
