1.Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within these Terms and Conditions for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
2.By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3.The competition will run from 4pm Thursday 7th July 2016 to the earlier of either 4pm Sunday the 7th August 2016 or the date of successful sale of the property (the “competition period”).
4.To qualify for entry into the competition a person must:

2.Share our post (publicly) relating to this competition
3.Tag a Facebook friend that they would like to take on holiday
4.Complete a ‘Guess the Sale Price’ form on the XceedRE website here.
5.Only 1 entry per person is permitted. If more than 1 entry is received, the persons first entry will be the valid entry.
6.The prize consists of a trip to Bali for 2 people, including flights for 2 flying Air Asia and 5 night’s 5-star accommodation for 2 people at The Stones Hotel, Legian, totalling a value of up to $2,000 OR a travel voucher to the value of $2,000 with Holiday Planet. The prize does not include insurances or any other costs apart from those mentioned herein. Any additional costs are at the expense of the winner. Optional upgrades will be allowed but are at the expense of the winner. Hotel and airport transfers and luggage are not included and will need to be arranged by the winner.
7.The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
8.One winner will be decided from the entries collected. All entries will be collated and the winner will be decided at the premises of Xceed Real Estate, 7/29 Collier Rd, Morley WA 6062. Only one winner will be decided.
9.The winner will be the person who has guessed the closest sale price to the actual sale price of Unit 5/30 Wroxton St, Midland.
10.The winning guess will not be publicly disclosed, only the winners name.
11.The winner will be decided on the earlier of Wednesday, 7th September 2016, or anytime within one month from close of the competition period (the "draw date"), from all of the correctly filled out entry forms received, in the presence of an independent witness.
12.If 2 or more entries are equally the closest guess to the actual sale price, the final winner will be chosen from a hat at the premises of Xceed Real Estate in Morley on the "draw date".
13.The winner will be notified by an Xceed Real Estate representative by phone on the "draw date". The winner will be required to visit Xceed Real Estate on a date agreed upon, within 3 business days of being contacted, to be presented with the prize, sign documentation and have photos taken, to be publicised across Xceed Real Estate media, including but not limited to Facebook. The winner's name will be publicised on the Xceed Real Estate’s facebook page.
14.If the winner is unreachable within 48hrs from initial attempt of contact, the prize will be automatically forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
15.It is the responsibility of the winner to collect their prize. No cartage expenses are included in the prize. The winning entrant must provide photo identification to the promoter before being entitled to claim the prize.
16.In the event of any prize not being accepted or claimed within 5 business days from the "draw date", the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw, in the presence of an independent witness from all remaining entries any time after this time.
17.Entry is open to residents of Perth only.
18.Employees of the promoter, the promoter’s associated companies, the promoters agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
19.Entry is open to people 18 years and over with a valid & current driver’s licence.
20.Entrants and their chosen travel partner must be in good health to travel overseas.
21.Xceed Real Estate does not accept responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or prize, either during or after the competition. Xceed Real Estate does not hold responsibility for any activities the competition winner decides to undertake while on this holiday.
22.Entrants must agree to make themselves available to any reasonable publicity requests made in relation to this competition without charge at a time specified by Xceed Real Estate have the right to use such publicity photos, voice recordings, winners name in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
23.Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
