DopeKoto x Local Society x The Chopspot Barbershop Competition

    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    Subject to Clause 3, entry is open to all residents of Australia who reside in QLD, NSW (NSW Permit No. LTPS/16/05832), VIC, WA, NT, and TAS.. Individuals must have a valid email address in order to access the promotional page.
    DopeKoto staff members and their immediate families (the “Promoter”), and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
    The promotion starts at 12.00am AEST on 18/07/2016 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 31/07/2016 (“Competition Period”).
    To enter, eligible individuals must enter using the Gleam platform by following the prompts on the promotional entry page, so it is received during the Competition Period.
    Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
    Eligible individuals may submit more than one (1) entry and up to and including eight ( per person. An additional entry per day may be entered via the Gleam platform.
    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, email and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
    If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
    This promotion is classified as a game of chance. There will be a raffle draw (“Draw”) conducted for the entries received at the end of the Competition Period. The winner for the Draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that period. The Draw will take place online using the independent third-party software, Gleam.
    Winners will win a T-shirt from either Local Society or DopeKoto, and a pomade kit or haircut from The Chopspot Barbershop. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
    The winners will be contacted by email on 01/08/2016.
    Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize then the prize will be forfeited.
    If any prize remains unclaimed by 12am AEST on 08/08/2016, then a draw for any such unclaimed prizes may take place using the same software as the original draw at 12am AEST on 08/08/2016. The winner(s), if any, will be notified by email within 7 days (inclusive of weekends) of the secondary draw.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
    The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the prizes as listed. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter will at its absolute discretion, where possible, provide an alternative prize of equivalent or higher value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
    The Promoter takes no responsibility for any goods or equipment damaged or lost in transit.
    If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
