ALLPOWER –PROMOTION
Terms & ConditionsGENERAL:
Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants who participate in this promotion agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion commences at 12:00 pm AEST on 18th July
and closes at 11.59 pm AEDST on 15th August (“Promotion Period”). The Promoter is Allpower Industries ABN 46 650 481 742 Locked Bag 2021, Dandenong Sth, VIC 3175 (“Promoter”).
The Promotion is only open to individuals that are:
a.)
Australian residents aged 13 years and over.b.) Are not employees of the Promoter, or any of their agencies associated with this Promotion.
c.) Are not a spouse, parent child or sibling of the promoters
d.) Have not been discovered to have breached these terms and conditions
Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, resellers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible for this promotion, entrants must during the promotional period:
a.) Visit the Allpower Facebook page at:
https://www.facebook.com/AllpowerIndustries/b.) Fully complete the entry form by providing name, email address and postcode.
Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Entries may only be submitted online and in the correct form provided and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.
Multiple entries are allowed, however, every entry must be a separate online entry and be one entry per unique email address. 10. Claims must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period 18/07/2016 – 15/08/2016. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues
DRAW & PRIZES
There is one (1) major prize. The prize is a Shindawa EB 221s Hand Held Power Blower valued at $399 + GST (AUD) RRP The prize draw will take place at ManBrands, 17 Simmons Street, South Yarra at 12.00pm on Wednesday 17th August 2016.
The major prize winner will be notified by email with 48 hours of draw of the prize on the 17th August.
The major prize draw winner will have 5 business days to respond and claim their prize.
In the event of that the recipient of the major prize draw can not be contacted by email by re-draw will take place at ManBrands, 17 Simmons Street, South Yarra at 12.00pm on Monday 29th August 2016.
Fulfillment may take up to 6 weeks from the close of the promotional period.
17. If for any reason any elements of the specified prizes are unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with a prize of the same or higher value and of similar specification.
18. Prizes are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.
FACEBOOK PROVISIONS
The Promoter acknowledges that that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated by Facebook
MISCELLANOUS PROVISIONS
The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant and/or its authorised representative. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter
21. Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Competition. The PI of entrants will be provided to the Promoter’s staff, contractors and third parties assisting in the administration and fulfilment of the Competition, including prize suppliers and deliverers. If an entrant opts-in to receive information from the Promoter, the Promoter will use that entrant’s information for that purpose. Entrants may contact the Promoter’s Privacy Officer to request access to or correction of any of their collected PI that is still held by the at Allpower Industries ABN 46 650 481 742 Locked Bag 2021, Dandenong Sth, VIC 3175. Entrants may also make any complaints to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the above address. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.
