Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
Participants must enter the Competition by liking St Ives Village on Facebook (www.facebook.com/stivesvillage) or following on Instagram (www.instagram.com/stivesvillage) for the chance to win.
Entry is only open to Residents of New South Wales, Australia. Employees of the promoter, the management company and their staff are ineligible to enter.
The competition will run from 9am Monday 1st August 2016 until 11.59pm Wednesday 31st August 2016.
Participants entries will be counted once only in each minor competition/prize draw.
Four prizes will be given away in total, each prize is a $100 St Ives Shopping Village gift card, with the total prize pool being capped at $400.

Each winner will be selected at random on the following dates and times.
12pm Monday 8th August 2016
12pm Monday 15th August 2016
12pm Monday 22nd August 2016
12pm Monday 1st September 2016
The winner(s) will be notified after each prize draw through a private message to their Facebook or Instagram account.
In the event the prize winner does not contact St Ives Shopping Village or collect their gift card within 14 days we will assume the prize is unclaimed and a new winner (s) will be selected at random at 12pm Friday 16th September 2016.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) is required to verify their identity to receive their prize at the Concierge Desk located on Level 2 of St Ives Shopping Village. The identification must match the winning entrants details.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
Where the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with, for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not liable.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
By entering and participating in the competition each entrant is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all conditions of entry.
Entrants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Social Networking Site(s).
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition will be directed to the Promoter and not to the Social Networking Site(s).
