Log into your online banking account.
Look for the BPAY View or View Bills Section.
Register to receive your City of Charles Sturt Rates Notice by entering:
The BPAY Biller Code: 10330
Your BPAY View registration number located on the top right corner of your rates notice

Eligibility: Entry is open to all ratepayers within the City of Charles Sturt. Employees of Charles Sturt and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Entry: Eligible entrants who registrations for BPAY View by close of business Friday, 30 September 2016 will be in the running to win a 16GB WiFi iPad mini 4, valued at $569. The random prize draw will take place on Tuesday, 4 October 2016 with the winner notified by phone or email
