Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to residents of Australia only aged 18 years and over, who are subscribers of CompetitionsGuide.com.au (Competitions Guide)
2. To enter, entrants must complete the online form found on CompetitionsGuide.com.au. All questions must be answered for the entry to be valid. There is a maximum of one entry per member
3. Unsubscribing to Competitions Guide during the promotional period up to and including the date of draw will void entry.
4. The use of automated entry software, or competition entry service will void entry.
5. Promotion dates are as follows:
- Commences 11/8/16 at 12:00am AEST
- Closes 11/2/17 at 11:59pm AEST
- Drawn 18/2/17 at 12:00pm AEST at 64 Alma St, Paddington QLD 4064
6. The first valid entry drawn will Win $1,000 Cash, payable either by direct bank deposit or PayPal.
7. Prizes may at times be expressed as particular items available at these retail outlets. The winner is under no obligation to purchase these particular products as prizes.
8. Competitions Guide will notify the winner by email and phone (if supplied), and publish their name on www.CompetitionsGuide.com.au on 14/3/17.
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner.

11. This promotion is sponsored by Chapter Two Australia Pty Limited ABN 57 607 182 507. Entrants in this competition agree that they may be contacted by email or phone by Chapter Two Australia in reference to debt or mortgage-specific information submitted in the online entry form.
12. In the event of any prize/s being unclaimed by 30/4/17, a further draw will take place to determine a replacement winner. Replacement draw will take place 5pm EST on 1/7/16 at 64 Alma St, Paddington QLD 4064. Winners in any replacement draw will be notified by email and their name published on www.CompetitionsGuide.com.au on the same day.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. The Promoter collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Competitions Guide will not disclose personal details of any entrant except in the case that the entrant is a prize winner. Entrants personal information may be disclosed to relevant Governmental departments upon request.
