Dish’d – Italian Pizza Party Giveaway Terms & Conditions

GENERAL:
1.  Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants who participate in this promotion agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2.  The Promotion commences at 8:00 am AEST on 10th August 2016 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on 28th August 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
 
3.  The Promoter is dish’d Food Store Pty Ltd: ABN 98 070 579 609 of 2 Chifley Drive, Moorabin Airport VIC 3194 (“Promoter”).

4.  The Promotion is only open to individuals that are:
a.  Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
b.  Are not employees of the Promoter, or any of their agencies associated with this Promotion.
c.  Are not a spouse, parent child or sibling.
d.  Are not re-sellers or agencies associated with the promotion
e.  Have not been discovered to have breached these terms and conditions.
 
HOW TO ENTER:
5.  To be eligible for this promotion, entrants must during the promotional period:
a.  Go to http://woobox.com/vngbug
b.  Enter their first name, last name, email address, gender and post code.
6.  Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entry and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7.  Entries may only be submitted online and in the correct form provided and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form
 
8.  The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues
DRAW & PRIZES:
 9.  There are two hundred and fifty (250) major prizes, each comprising any four (4) dish’d Food Store pizzas as listed on http://www.dishd.com.au/complete-dishes/meals

10.  The total prize pool is $6750 (AUD).

11.  The prize draw will take place at dish’d Food Store (31 Izett Street, Prahran VIC 3183) Monday August 29th 2016.
   
12.  The major prize winners will be notified by email with 48 hours of draw of the prize. Winners must come into the dish’d Food Store to pick up the prizes in-store in-person, and must present their winning notice to pick up their prize. Winners have until September 15th to do so, after which point prizes will be forfeited. Competition is open to all Australian residents, however prizes must be picked up in-store.

13.  The major prize draw winner will be announced on www.facebook.com/dishdfoodstore on 30th August 2016.

14.  In the event of that the recipient of the major prize draw can not be contacted by email, there will be no redraws.

15.  If for any reason any elements of the specified prizes are unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with a prize of the same or higher value and of similar specification.

16.  Prizes are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.

MISCELLANOUS PROVISIONS

17.  The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant and/or its authorised representative. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter

18.  Entrant personal information (“PI”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Competition. The PI of entrants will be provided to the Promoter’s staff, contractors and third parties assisting in the administration and fulfilment of the Competition, including prize suppliers and deliverers. If an entrant opts-in to receive information and / or enroll to loyalty programs from the Promoter, the Promoter will use that entrant’s information for that purpose. Entrants may contact the Promoter’s Privacy Officer to request access to or correction of any of their collected PI that is still held by dish’d Food Store Pty Ltd:
 ABN 98 070 579 609 of 2 Chifley Drive, Moorabin Airport VIC 3194. Entrants may also make any complaints to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the above address.  If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.
