A bit about this week's class:
Spurred on by booming music, an inspirational instructor, and the explosive energy radiating from your fellow riders  – you will power through an intense physical workout and have a whole lot of fun getting there.

You will work harder than you thought possible and be rewarded with a feeling of invincibility and optimism to take into your day.

No other workout will achieve this combination. Nowhere else will you experience an InspireCycle rush!

All happening Thursday 8 September at 6pm for a 6.30pm start!
