This Schedule sets out the details of the George Foreman “Favourite Healthy Meal Creation” Competition. The Schedule must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry (which follow this Schedule).

The Promotion starts 12.00am AEST Wednesday 31st August 2016.

The Promotion closes 11:59pm AEST Thursday 15th September 2016.

Eligible Persons

An individual is an Eligible Person if they are:

an Australia or New Zealand resident; and
over 18 years old; and
must have access to a valid email address and personal Instagram account.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion (and their Immediate Families) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Families means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entry Procedure

During the Promotion Period, Entrants must:

II) Entrants to post an orignal photo, collage, video or cinemagraph (or any other supported format) of their Favourite Healthy Meal Creation from their Instagram account

III) Entrants to use the hashtag #georgeforeman_anz in their post

The Winners may be required to verify their identities and provide proof of age.

Entry Restrictions

Multiple entries per person are allowed. Each entry must be unique.
Entries must not contain abusive, offensive or hateful imagery or language.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. The Promoter will consider entries received final.
Entries must be submitted in English.
Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the competition and all entries of that entrant, at the discretion of the Promoter, may be deemed invalid.
Any offensive, defamatory, misleading, disruptive statements or comments posted on the Promoters Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter feed (or any other social network in connection with the Promoter) in relation to this competition will deem all entries by that entrant invalid. The individual will not be entitled to any prize.
Entrants must be willing to have their name, state and response published on the Promoter’s Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter or other publication.


Judging Criteria



Entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the predetermined criteria. The most creative and unique entry, as determined by the Judging panel, will be deemed the Winner.

Entries must be the entrant’s original work. The Promoter reserves the right to verify, or to require the entrant to verify, that the entry is the entrant’s original work. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid.



Entries will be read daily. The final judging will take place at the following location and dates:

Dates: Friday 16th September 2016.

Notification of Winners

The Winner will be notified in writing via Instagram direct message within two (2) working days of the Winner selection.

Publication Dates

Prize winners will be published at https://www.instagram.com/georgeforeman_anz & https://www.facebook.com/GeorgeForemanAUNZ on Monday 19th September 2016.

Claim Instructions

The Prize will be mailed to the Winners’ nominated address within 28 days of announcement. Full name, Address & Phone number required in order for prize to be mailed.

Prize Claim Date

Prizes must be claimed by within 3 months from the announcement date. If the Prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will present the Prize to the Runner-up.
