Entrants and their companion must be at least 18 years of age.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Major Prize (if applicable) between 1 October 2016 and 1 March 2017 (Major Prize Travel Dates).
The prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into Indonesia the winner may forfeit the prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.

Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a Minor Prize or Major Prize winner (as applicable).
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined below) between 10:00am AEST and 10:00pm AEST between 12th September 2016 to 16th September 2016 and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

The promotion begins at 5:00pm AEST on 9th September, 2016.
