Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companions must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companions to provide
proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or
their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companions must be able to attend Colgate Optic
White Marquee at Royal Randwick Racecourse on Saturday 17th
September 2016.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s premises
or Level 5, 33 Saunders Street, Pyrmont NSW or as otherwise specified
by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 9am AEST on Saturday 10th September 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 2pm AEST on Friday 16th September
2016.
Entry Method Simple Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry
form in the manner required, including by providing their full name,
mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age, state,
post code and answering in 25 words or less the question “Why you love
the races”.
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with
the Judging details below. The Judges will select the six (6) entry they
deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid
entries received within the Promotion Period and award those entrants a
prize.

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry
must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must
independently comply with these Terms of Entry.

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter by 5pm Friday 16th September 2016 at the Promoter’s
premises to determine six (6) winner/s. All valid entries will be judged
based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance
with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on creativity, uniqueness and relevance for the prize.
Prize Details There are up to six (6) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: Two (2) tickets to the Colgate Optic White Marquee at Royal
Randwick Racecourse from 11am on Saturday 17th September 2016
valued at up to $1,000 (incl GST)
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets
are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
Each prize winner will receive one standard drink per person per hour
and food.
I.D to enter the venue is required. The venue reserves the right to refuse
any person entry into the venue, including, but not limited to, those who
appear drunk or intoxicated.
Dress standards apply (at the discretion of the venue).
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any refusal
of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.
Responsible services of alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.

Notification of Winners Winners will be notified via telephone by 5pm AEST Friday 16th
September 2016.
