Quackfest is one of the largest locally community run charity events in the Shoalhaven. All profits from the Quackfest are used to fund charities associated with education, homelessness and domestic violence. In three years the local community will have raised over $120,000 for these causes. So…you would be quacking mad not to come down the Shoalhaven River on 18 September, and enjoy Shoalhavens Family Fun Day Out with great food, market stalls, entertainment and lots, and lots of ducking races. WHAT KIND OF DUCK DO I WIN?  Each (rubber) duck has a number printed on the bottom . The ducks are released on a roped off course on the Shoalhaven River, with the first duck that funnels to the finish line winning a new Volkswagen Polo valued at $22,500. There are $1000’s of other prizes on offer too from 2nd to 5th as well every 1000th duck, as well as randomly selected categories of ducks (e.g. school duck) also winning prizes.
