Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these
Official Rules. Win a Roman Cruise Holiday promotion (the “Promotion”) commences at 09:00 AM
AEDT on 13 September 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM AEST on 19 October 2016. All Entries received
after the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
The Promotion is administered and sponsored by RCL Cruises Ltd, Level 12, 157 Walker Street, North
Sydney, NSW 2060. ABN 541 5026 3086.

Eligibility:
Open only to permanent legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of
entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Promoter Entities and their respective parent companies,
affiliated companies, and subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies and
fulfillment or judging agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and their immediate families
(i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings
and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household
(whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, an Entrant (“Entrant”) must complete the following entry method:
The Entrant must complete a voting form hosted on the Lavazza Italian Film festival website
(http://www.italianfilmfestival.com.au/) including their full name, email address and which film
included in the 2016 Italian Film Festival programme is their favourite. Entry is limited to one per
Entrant.
Any Entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under
multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of applicable
Entry limitations may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or
similar Entry methods or agents will void all Entries made by, or associated with, the applicable
Entrant. Incomplete or inaccurate Entries shall be deemed void.

Privacy Policy:
By entering, you agree and understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter. The
information you provide will be used for marketing and promotional purposes and to provide you
with information about products and for purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance
with Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at:

Winner Selection:
The winner will be determined by 21 October 2016 at Level 12, 157 Walker Street, North Sydney,
NSW 2060 at 3:00pm. Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to choose the winner of the final prize. The
judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by
email within 5 (five) working days.

Prize:
An 11 night Mediterranean cruise for two people onboard Celebrity Reflection departing Rome on 8
May 2017 in an Oceanview stateroom. Onboard meals (excluding speciality restaurants), taxes and
gratuities are included.
Return economy airfares to/from Rome are also included. Carrier, itinerary dates and times are
determined by RCL Cruises Ltd. Departure and arrival will be from one of the following Australian
cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth. Travel to and from the Winner’s closest city
airport do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the Winner. The Prize includes
airfare taxes, which will be covered by RCL Cruises Ltd. Winner and Guest cannot accumulate reward
program points on these flights. Tickets are not transferable and any unused portion of the prize is
not redeemable for cash of any kind and the prize flights must be taken consecutively within one
booking only. Winner and Guest must travel together. Cancellation and/or changes to flight details
once booked will incur the applicable change fee. The fee applies on a per-guest, per-change basis.
This fee is payable by the winner.
The Prize will include one (1) night pre-cruise accommodation to the value of AU$250.
Total prize value is AU$9,888 RRP (based on the printed cruise fare in the Celebrity Cruises 2016 –
2018 Worldwide Brochure and airfares based on Sydney to Rome return flights on 16 August 2016).
The prize does not include post cruise accommodation or transfers to or from the ship. Personal
purchases onboard the ship (including but not limited to beverages, spa, shopping, casino, speciality
dining) are at the prize winner’s expense. The Prize also does not include travel insurance, passports,
visas, vaccinations, shore excursions (unless otherwise stated) or any other onboard purchases.
These costs and arrangements must be covered by the winner.
The Prize is valid for two passengers only, one (1) Winner and one (1) Guest. No additional guests
can be added to the booking. The Prizes are not transferable to any other ship or sail date other than
the above listed unless approved by revenue management. If the Winner is unable to travel within
the date range provided then the prize will be forfeited. The Winner and Guest must travel together
for all portions of the Prize. The Winner and their Guest will be subject to the booking terms and
conditions as outlined on the celebrity Cruises website (http://202.129.143.66/footer/australiaterms-
conditions/)
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the prize. The Promoter reserves the
right to modify the cruise offered at any time and replace with an alternative cruise of a similar
value.
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and
no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of
entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for
submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, employment with a
registered trade partner and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or
participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is
final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information,
fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise
involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or
otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of
such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the
relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

General Terms:
Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any
fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the
integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
Promoter and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen,
misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other
connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems;
computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or
hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human,
mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed
proof of receipt by Promoter. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not
constitute a waiver of that provision. Promoter reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the
Promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW,
AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND
SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting
to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any web site associated with the Promotion, and/or
the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any
other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Promoter may,
in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Promotion or suspend the
Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best
conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the promotion and award the prize at
random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion Entities and their respective
parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, agents,
consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfilment and
marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (1) any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any
kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or
network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process
