a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be a resident of Australia

During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and answering in 100 words or less “What is your BIG app idea that you want to get developed? Describe in detail what your idea is and what it does? Additional optional questions will also be included, however these are not mandatory in order to enter the Competition.
(b) Each entry submitted by the time specified will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entries it deems to be the “best” (in its absolute discretion) from all valid entries received within the time
period specified based on creativity, brand fit and suitability for radio. The Station will then contact the relevant entrants may or may not invite them to tell their story on-air.
(c) At the end of the Competition Period one (1) entrant will be determined as the Major winner and be awarded with the Major Prize. Winner announcement may take place on or off air at the Promoters discretion.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, Creativity, suitability for radio, originality, or as otherwise specified.

There is one (1) major prize to be won, as follows
1 x Startup package that includes the following:
 Two-Day Intensive Workshop with M5859 App Developers:
This is a workshop with two M5859 Partners, which will run over two days and will cover planning and designing the complete app idea that was entered into the competition.
 Pitch-Deck and Investment Consultation: M5859 Apps will work with the competition winner to create a pitch deck that is investor-ready and coach the participant on how to pitch for investment fund raising.
 Go-To Market Strategy: M5859 Apps will develop a comprehensive go-to market strategy for the competition winner to launch their app. This will integrate strategies on how to make an app go viral, channels to market to initially and specifics around creating an engaging product
 1 Month Consultation with M5859 Apps: This entitles the competition winner to 30 days of unlimited email consultations with a Partner at M5859 Apps. The recipient will be able to ask any questions related to launching, designing and developing a successful app with possibilities for phone consultations to be determined at the discretion of the Partner.
 Investor Introductions: This is contingent on the competition winner meeting investment criteria, but in the event that the app idea is of a certain maturity level (as determined by M5859 Apps), introductions with venture capitalists and angel investors will be facilitated.
Prize: valued at up to $20,000AUD (inc GST)
Up to $20,000AUD inc GST.

Winners will be notified:
- on air at the time of winning
- In writing within two (2) working days of being determined

Prize must be claimed within three (3) months of winner announce.
The major prize will be provided to the major prize winner by the prize provider M5859 Studio, Melbourne, VIC

By entering this competition, Entrants agree that:
 They have created or otherwise own the App idea they pitch as part of this competition;
 All photos, videos or other material submitted as part of their entry are owned by them;
 Materials do not contain images or intellectual property owned bycopyright materials of anyone else unless they have the express consent of that person(s);
 Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
For the avoidance of doubt, information disclosed by entrants about their business ideas may be broadcast and/or otherwise made public by virtue of entering this competition. Entrants should seek legal advice prior to entering and/or disclosing their ideas publicly.
Major Prize winner must adhere to the Prize Providers Terms and Conditions.
The Major Prize does not include:
 The actual costs associated with the development, design,
deployment or maintenance of the application is not included
in the Prize and must be covered by the Winner.
 Ongoing consultation fees after the 30 day period expires
 Travel expenses that may be incurred for workshops, investor
meetings or consultations
 M5859 Apps do not guarantee that the app idea, once
developed, will generate revenue and/or receive funding from investors
