8: How to enter
During the active contesting period (Tuesday 4th October – Sunday 16th October), entrants will be encouraged to visit www.iheartradio.com.au to enter the competition.
Once online entrants must complete the entry form in full including but not limited to Name, Address, Date of birth, Email Address, Phone Number and answer in 25 words or less ‘Why are you Australia’s biggest Belieber?’


9: Prize Details
There will be a maximum of four (4) prizes, each winner will win one (1) x double pass to one of the following Justin Bieber Purpose World Tour concerts:
PERTH - MELBOURNE - BRISBANE -
MONDAY 6th MARCH, NIB STADIUM FRIDAY 10th MARCH, ETIHAD STADIUM MONDAY 13th MARCH, SUNCORP STADIUM

SYDNEY - WEDNESDAY 15th MARCH, ANZ STADIUM
Please note that if a prize comprises tickets or attendance at any function or event, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of the function or event. Should the function or event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise varied, including but not limited to by the substitution of the promoted performers, then the Promoter has no responsibility to provide alternate or substitute tickets or to provide any cash equivalent in substitute for the tickets.
Please note this prize consists of tickets only, all travel associated costs are at the winners expense.
All winners under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent to attend the concert.
Winners under the age of 18 are encouraged attend the concert with a parent/guardian.

Total maximum value of the prize: AU $1,600.00

Entrants may enter as many times as they like, however must provide a separate entry form for each entry and a separate answer to the 25 words or less question.
The promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or
any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or
adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
(c) any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name;
(d) any person where that person or anyone from the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the Promoter or any radio station that is a member of the Australian Radio Network, valued either individually or collectively at more than $50 in the 30 days prior to the commencement of the Promotion.
(e) Employees of any other radio stations, including the Australian Radio Network.

All entrants must be 14 years or over to enter the competition and/or claim their prize.

Four (4) major prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received nationally judged based on the creativity and originality of their entry during the active contesting period.
The judges/promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be judged between AEST 12:00pm and 05:00pm Monday 17th October 2016.
Judging will take place at 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde NSW 2113.
Prize winners will be notified by phone and email.
Prize winner will be notified between AEST 12:00pm and 05:00pm Monday 17th October 2016.
The promoter may amend the promotional period in accordance with state legislative rules.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
No cash or alternative prize or opportunity will be awarded in lieu of that element.
The Promoter reserves the right to solicit for entrants on Facebook and Twitter and invite them to register for the Promotion.
When entering this Promotion, you agree to release Facebook and Twitter from all liability and claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these terms and conditions. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the tickets will not be transferable for any other prize.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winners and their travel companions will not be compensated.
Tickets are strictly non-transferable, if a winner is unable to attend, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
If a winner is found to be offering or selling their ticket online, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner selected.
