 Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be at least 14 years of age and if
 under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18
 years of age or over while taking the prize.
 Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or
 legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information
 about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18
 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to
 conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the
 required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be
 deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any
 parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under
 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to
 the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in
 the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the
 Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner
 for the duration of the prize (if applicable).

 Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Domestic Travel

 If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their
 companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order
 to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
 Entrants and their companion must be able to attend Justin Bieber’s
 Purpose world tour on one of the following dates in the entrants closest
 capital city (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
 discretion) in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane (Event) on one of
 the following dates:
  Perth – Monday 6th March 2017, NIB Stadium; or
  Melbourne – Friday 10th March 2017, Etihad Stadium; or
  Brisbane – Monday 13th March 2017, Suncorp Stadium; or
  Sydney – Wednesday 15th March 2017, ANZ Stadium
 Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
 and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
 date or schedule changes.
 Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a
 personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business
 number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
 By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to
 call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
 Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a
 representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as
 defined below) between 10:00am AEDT and 10:00pm AEDT between
 Wednesday 5th October, 2016 to Friday 14th October, 2016 and in
 accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be
 eligible to be awarded the prize.
 If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to
 a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that
 entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business
 name live on air.
 Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail
 message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
 Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third
 parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the
 entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers
 the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's
 Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as
 determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
 Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian, where the entrant is under 18
 years of age) must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s
 premises in the state of the entrant’s ordinary residential address, as
 specified by the Promoter.
 An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
 promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
 their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

 Entry Method Each week day during the promotion period between 7:00pm AEDT and
 9:00pm AEDT the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will play
 one (1) predetermined track (Featured Song) by Justin Bieber (as
 determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
 Online Entry
 a) At various times during the Promotion Period, entrants will be
 Invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website
 once they hear the Featured Song played on air during the
 nominated time and fully complete the Online Entry form in the
 manner required, by providing their full name, mobile telephone
 number, current and valid email address, age, and stating the
 song title of the most recently played Featured Song on the
 nominated date, and answering in 25 words or less the question
“why do you want to see Justin Bieber live in his Purpose tour?
 b) Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the
 Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
 From Wednesday 5th October, 2016 to Friday 14th October, 2016 the
 Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
 a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’
Online Entries based on the Judging Criteria (in the Promoter’s
 sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted that
 week day during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected
 Entrant);
 b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole
 discretion of the Promoter) by telephone; and place them on the
 standby list for that week day.
 c) invite the Selected Entrant who submitted the best Online Entry
 that day based on the Judging Criteria to appear on air that week
 day
 d) If the Selected Entrant successfully appears on air and correctly
 states the Featured Song stated in their entry form on air, (as
 determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion)
 they will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize. If the
 Selected Entrant incorrectly states the Featured Song (as
 determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion)
 they will not be deemed the winner and the Promoter will invite
 the Selected Entrant who submitted the next ‘best’ Online Entry
 based on the Judging Criteria to appear on air and correctly state
 the relevant nominated Featured Song.
 For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative
 of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected
 Entrant and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be awarded
 a Prize.
 For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on air during
 the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.

 Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
 Promoter by Friday 14th October 2016 at the Promoter’s premises to
 determine up to nine (9) Prize winners. All valid entries will be judged
 based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance
 with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
 Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
 Promoter) based on enthusiasm and creativity of the entrant’s Online
 Entry.
 Prize Details There are up to nine (9) Prizes as follows:
  1 x double pass to see Justin Bieber in his Purpose World Tour
 in the Prize winner’s and companion’s closest capital city, (being
 either Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane) as determined by
 the promoter in its sole and absolute discretion,
 Valued at up to AU$150 (incl GST) each.
 Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets
 are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
 Domestic Travel Prize (if applicable)
 Where the Prize winner and their companion’s ordinary state of
 residence is SA, (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
 discretion) the winner will be awarded one (1) Domestic Travel Prize for
 the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18
 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the
 Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) to the winner’s closest
 capital city for a one (1) night during the period 6th March, 2017 to 15th
 March, 2017, (inclusive), valued at up to $800 (incl GST). The Domestic
 Travel Prize comprises of the following components:
  Two (2) adult return economy airfares from SA (as determined by
 the promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to either NSW,
 VIC, WA or QLD (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
 absolute discretion), to attend the Event in that city (inclusive of
 airfare related taxes and charges);
  One (1) nights minimum 3 star accommodation (as determined
 by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in the city that
 the Prize winner and their companion are attending the Event.
 For the avoidance of doubt, if a Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence
 is NSW, VIC, WA or QLD, they will not be awarded the domestic travel
 prize element of the Prize.
 Travel Prize Terms and Conditions
  The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign
 a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form
 determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to
 participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the

 Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will
 result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
  All components of the prize are to be arranged by a
 representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the
 Promoter in its sole discretion.
  Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued
 as part of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and
 conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and
 the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
  All travel must be completed by Wednesday 15th March, 2017
 and is subject to availability which may depend on applicable
 blackout periods as advised by any prize provider, select seat
 class with airlines or specific room category availability with
 accommodation partner.
  The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
  spending money, meals, additional activities and any other
 ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any
 applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details
 above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated
 companion (if any) as incurred.
  It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the
 airport departure/return point.
  The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by
 airlines or other prize suppliers as a result of an action of the
 winner and/or their companion, once booking is confirmed and
 ticketed.
  The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by
 a winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the
 prize.
  It is recommended that the winner and their nominated
 companion (if any) have valid travel insurance for their period of
 travel and adequate for the countries of travel.
  No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not
 refundable or transferable.
  The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
 changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the
 event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the
 remainder of the prize shall constitute the complete and total
 prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further
 correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated
 companion.
  All components of the prize must be taken together and when
 offered or are forfeited. Any element of the prize not taken will be
 deemed to be forfeited.
  The prize winner and their companion must travel together and
 participate in the prize together at all times.
  If the winner and their companion miss any of the arranged
 flights, the winner will forfeit the prize (at the Promoter’s absolute
 and sole discretion).

  The winner and their companion must not be under the influence
 of any drugs and may consume alcohol in moderation but must
 not be under the influence of alcohol during any activities to the
 extent that it impairs or affects their understanding, judgment or
 participation in the activities, and subject to any limitations of the
 Promoter, any prize supplier and prevailing laws and regulations.
  The prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter
 conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in
 the prize. The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion,
 refuse the prize winner and/or their companion’s participation in
 the prize, if the prize winner and/or their companion have a
 criminal record or any criminal charges pending. In these
 circumstances, the prize winner and/or their companion will
 forfeit all claims in relation to the prize.
  The winner and their companion must be in good health and
 must not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would
 prohibit them from entering this promotion or participating in any
 way in the prize.
  Winners must have a mobile phone with them at all times during
 their participation in the prize, and they must be able to make
 and receive calls while in overseas locations via global roaming.
 All costs of the winner’s mobile phone will be the responsibility of
 the winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
 additional costs associated with a winner taking or using a mobile
 phone during the prize, including but not limited to all call, data
 and roaming charges.
  That the Promoter, its agents and its partnering clients may use
 the winning entry and the winner’s and their companion’s names,
 likeness, images and/or voices (including photograph, film or
 recording of the same) from (but not limited to) their participation
 in the Prize, in any media for an unlimited period without further
 notification, compensation or remuneration for the purpose of
 promoting, publicizing or marketing this promotion (including the
 Prize and any outcome) and/or promoting any products or
 services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
 Promoter and/or its partnering clients. The winner and their
 companion agree that they will participate in all reasonable
 promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by
 the Promoter and its partnering agents.
