(b) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

(c) By entering this competition promoted by Running Bare and Adore Beauty you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by Running Bare and Adore Beauty.

(d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Running Bare and Adore Beauty includes its parents, related and subsidiary companies, past present and future officers, agents, representatives, and employees.

 

2. Entry requirements

(a) Entrants must be legal residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older as of the beginning of the contest period.

(b) The employees, agents and contractors or family members of Running Bare and Adore Beauty are not eligible to enter the Competition.

(d) To enter, Eligible Entrants must tell us in 50 words or less: What do you do to look and feel good?

(e) Running Bare and Adore Beauty reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

(f) Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform Running Bare and Adore Beauty if their personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.

(g) There will be one winner of the competition. The entry that has the most creative answer as determined by Adore Beauty, in its sole discretion, will win one $500 Running Bare voucher to spend on full priced items online at Running Bare and one $500 voucher from Adore Beauty to spend on full priced items online at Adore Beauty. The total value of the prize is $1000 AUD.

(h) All entries must include full contact details: full name and email address.

(i) Any person who fails to provide the full information in the manner requested as part of the entry process will not be eligible for any competition prize.

(j) Entries to this competition open at 10am AEST 5th October 2016 and will close midnight AEST 18th October 2016.

(k) Running Bare and Adore Beauty reserve the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are aware of the latest terms and conditions.

 

3. Judging

(a) Entries will be judged at the Adore Beauty office at Unit 3-4 / 177 Beavers Road, Northcote, VIC 3070.

(b) This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of winner. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of creativity as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion.

(c) The prize winner will be notified by email at the details provided in their entry. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winners. Running Bare and Adore Beauty will not be liable to any prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided in their entry.

(d) If Running Bare and Adore Beauty are unable to contact the prize winner after reasonable efforts, Running Bare and Adore Beauty may assign the prize to the entry judged the next most creative answer in the competition.

(e) The decision of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ decisions.

 

4. Prizes

(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

(b) Running Bare and Adore Beauty will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize under this competition.

(c) If a prize referred to in this competition becomes unavailable for any reason Running Bare and Adore Beauty reserves the right to substitute that prize for a similar item of similar value.

(d) Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Running Bare and Adore Beauty accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

(e) One winner will receive one $500 Running Bare voucher to spend on full priced items online at Running Bare (which must be redeemed in one transaction only), and one $500 voucher from Adore Beauty to spend on full priced items online at Adore Beauty (which must be redeemed in one transaction only). The total value of the prize is $1000 AUD.

(f) Voucher must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.

(g) Prize winners agree to participate in any promotional activity promoting Running Bare and Adore Beauty prize sponsors and/or the competition at the reasonable request of Running Bare and Adore Beauty.

 

5. Intellectual Property

(a) Running Bare and Adore Beauty may publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the entrants’ winning submission and/or prize winners’ names for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation.

 

6. Warranties

(a) Entrants warrant and represent to Running Bare and Adore Beauty that nothing in any entry to any competition infringes the rights, including copyright, of any third party and is not defamatory or obscene and does not breach any state or commonwealth law.

(b) If Running Bare and Adore Beauty become aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions, Running Bare may deem that prize winner ineligible.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed according to the competition laws of Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of each state and territory.
