1   Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2   Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. You must be a registered TVSN customer to enter. You must be 18 years or older.

3   Each order containing one or more Judith Williams products placed with TVSN between 8:30am AEDT October 9, 2016 and 11:59pm AEDT October 11, 2016 will automatically receive one entry into the draw. Each order number in the Competition equals one entry.

4   TVSN reserves the right to withhold a Prize from a winner if the prize winner’s TVSN account is in arrears. It is at the Promoter’s discretion whether they award the Prize after a portion of the outstanding debt is paid or the entire balance. If the Prize is withheld due to an account in arrears and the prize winner does not pay their outstanding debt within 3 months of being drawn as a prize winner, the prize winner forfeits their Prize and TVSN will draw another winner as part of an unclaimed prize draw.

5   Competition opens 8:30am AEDT October 9, 2016 and 11:59pm AEDT October 11, 2016. The winner will be drawn and announced at 11:00am on October 12, 2016. The draw will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. The winner will be announced on the TVSN website tvsn.com.au and tvsn.co.nz on October 12, 2016. 

6   If a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.

7   Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Competition at any time.

8   Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of a Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.

9   Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using a Prize or entering the Competition.

10   The winner will be announced on the TVSN website www.tvsn.com.au and www.tvsn.co.nz on October 12, 2016. Winner will also be notified by mail. If a Prize remains unclaimed, TVSN will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw at 12pm on January 12, 2017. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the TVSN marketing office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.

11   There is 5 Prizes/5 winners. Each winner will receive a Judith Williams pack consisting of Judith Williams Future Skin SCS Basics Collection, Judith Williams Beauty Institute 3 Piece Set and the Judith Williams Magic Make-Up. Each prize is worth $238.90. Total prize pool is $1194.50. Values are in AUD and are correct at the time of printing.

12   Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize or that element of the Prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.
