Contesting Period Dates Weekdays only, from 4 October 2016 until 14 October 2016
Times Between 6am and 9am AEDT
"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, living in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley telephone exchange area.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize they must not continue to attempt
to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, on a Contesting Day:
1. Listen to KOFM and call the station competition line following the broadcast of a cue to call.
2. Be the nominated caller through and participate on air to be awarded a Major Prize.
Judging Details Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, entertainment value, originality and suitability. All decisions of Judging
are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Prize Restrictions As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
The Winner will be advised of the destination after winning.
The Prize will be booked by the Prize Provider in consultation with the Winner. Flights must be booked within 30 days of the
date of winning and must be taken before 28 February 2017, excluding travel between Wednesday 14 December 2016 and
Tuesday 3 January 2017. The winner and their travel companion will be booked on the cheapest flight available on the dates
of travel the winner selects.
Refunds will not be issued for changed bookings and/or missed flights and any associated costs incurred will be at the prizewinner’s
expense.
The prize is also subject to the standard terms and conditions of the airline.
Notification of
Winners
Winners will be notified via phone at the time of/immediately after winning.
Publication Details Winners will be published 17 October 2016 on the Website.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: 28 October 2016 at 4pm AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award
the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method
outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or
another Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
