Florence Foster Jenkins Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The full Reader's Digest Privacy Policy can be found here.

2. To enter the competition: (i) Entrants must send in their contact details (full name, age, address and contact phone number) to competitions_APAC@rd.com with the words “Florence Foster Jenkins” in the subject line. (ii) Answer the competition question correctly.

3. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

4. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Australian residents only. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize judging.

5. Promotion commences Monday 10th October 2016 and closes at 12PM AEST Sunday 16th October 2016.

6. There are ten (10) prize packs to be given away for the duration of the competition. The judging will take place at 1PM, Monday 17th October 2016 at Reader's Digest (Australia) Pty Ltd, 80 Bay Street, Ultimo NSW 2007. The winner will be notified by email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Details are as follows: First five correct submissions, 1 x Florence Foster Jenkins DVD (Entertainment One) and 1 x Royal Albert 1930s Mint Deco tea cup, saucer & 20cm plate. The following five correct submissions, 1 x Florence Foster Jenkins DVD.

8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

9. The promoter may conduct further judging at the same time and place as the original judging as is necessary on, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date

10. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

11. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering this competition each entrant also agrees to allow their name and email address to be supplied to Royal Albert for marketing information and offers.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
