Albert Park’s Pelican Lawn will transform into a foodie hub this November as Taste of Melbourne in partnership with Electrolux returns with an enviable blend of new culinary trailblazers and beloved Victorian restaurants.

The festival showcases the greatest Melbourne chefs and their signature dishes and festival exclusives, cherished local restaurants, engrossing cooking demonstrations, artisan producers, interactive masterclasses and live music performances all in a lakeside alfresco setting. Restaurants include Estelle Bistro, Pickett’s Deli and Rotisserie, Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Mamasita x Hotel Jesus, MoVida, Circa, The Prince, and Royal Mail Hotel.

For the first time, visitors will have the opportunity to cook alongside their favourite chefs and prepare their signature dishes as part of Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets. Following the hands-on masterclass, the meal will be enjoyed at a communal table with a glass of matched wine.

Attendees will also get the chance to sip, sample and shop a range of premium food and beverages from 100 of Melbourne’s finest producers, handpicked especially for the event.
