‘Win a Polar Expedition jacket’ is a game of skill competition.
Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
THE PROMOTER

The Promoter is Aurora Travel Pty Limited trading as Aurora Expeditions. Level 2, Suite 12, 35 Buckingham St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 AUSTRALIA. ABN 139 766 911.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or change the terms and conditions at any time, at their discretion.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

Entries are open from Friday 7 October 2016 until 30 November 2016.
The competition is open to all visitors on Aurora Expeditions’ website.
Competition not open to employees of Aurora Expeditions or their relatives, nor appointed agents and suppliers of Aurora Expeditions.
Entries are only valid via the competition form.
To be eligible for the competition, entrants must provide a valid name, surname and email address.
To enter the competition, entrants must enter the game of skill and answer the following question in 25 words or less: ‘which Polar Region you'd like to explore and why?’
NON ELIGIBILITY

Responses to the question in 25 words or less: ‘which Polar Region you'd like to explore and why?’ must be in clear, well-written English and not exceed 25 words.
Undecipherable responses will not qualify as valid entries.
WINNERS

Aurora Expeditions will select 1 (one) entry deemed the most creative as the winner of the competition.
Author of the winning response will be selected as the winner of the competition.
Aurora Expeditions will selected 2 (two) runners up for the competition.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of similar value at their own discretion.


PRIZE

The winner will receive an Aurora Expeditions Polar Expedition Jacket each as a prize.
Two runners up will receive an Aurora Expeditions prize pack.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or exchange.
Prize redemption must be made directly through Aurora Expeditions.
Aurora Expeditions is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by postage companies.
