1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this “Westfield Garden City, Pink Car Park, Shop Fresh & Win” Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in QLD local time.
ELIGIBILITY
2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to QLD residents aged 18 years or over.
3. The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, the Scentre Group or any of the tenants or retailers in the Participating Centres or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
PROMOTION PERIOD
4. This Promotion commences at 9am on 03/11/2016 and ends at the Participating Centre at 5:30pm on 30/11/2016 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
5. The Promotion will be conducted at Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre (“Participating Centre”). A “Fresh Food Retailer” means any of the retailers listed in Appendix A below. An “Ineligible Transaction” means any transaction recorded on an invalid receipt, as specified in condition 7 below.
6. To receive an entry in this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
(a) Park in the Pink Car Park at the Participating Centre and collect a pink coloured car park ticket on entry (“Pink Car Park Ticket”);
(b) Spend $30 in any single day during the Promotion Period at any of the Fresh Food Retailers at the Participating Centre, excluding any Ineligible Transaction (“Qualifying Spend”). For clarity, the Qualifying Spend can be made by multiple purchases at multiple Fresh Food Retailers, however, all purchases must be made at the Participating Centre on one (1) day, during the Promotion Period
Present their own original valid receipt(s) recording the Qualifying Spend (which must specify the store and date/time of purchase(s)) on the same day as making the Qualifying Spend to the Concierge Desk at the Participating Centre together with their Pink Car Park Ticket to receive an official entry form; and
(d) Fully complete the official entry form, including their full name, contact telephone number, valid email address and postcode details and place the fully completed entry form in the box provided at the Concierge Desk. It is a condition of entering the Promotion that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Westfield Garden City database, Cruiseabout database and to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.
INVALID RECEIPTS
7. The following receipts are not valid receipts for the purpose of the Promotion: (a) receipt(s) from non-participating retailers and Excluded Retailers (b) receipt(s) recording bill and car park payments and prescription medicine, mobile phone recharge card, lottery ticket and tobacco and tobacco related product purchases; (c) receipts recording Layby payments except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Promotion Period; (d) receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges; (e) ATM or EFTPOS receipts; (f) credit card or bank statements; and (g) receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original receipts. The same purchase receipt can only be submitted once in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to stamp and/or photocopy each purchase receipt submitted in the Promotion before returning them.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
8. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (i) limit of one (1) entry per Qualifying Spend;; and (ii) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.

9. Entries close for each draw at 5:30pm on the dates specified in the table below. All draws will take place at the Participating Centre at Corner of Logan and Kessels Road, Upper Mt Gravatt QLD 4122 at 12pm on the dates specified in the table below. Un-drawn entries in each draw will be entered into any subsequent draws and all entries (including winners in a minor prize draw) will be entered into the Major Prize Draw.. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
10. The provisional winners will be notified by email and telephone. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter.
PRIZES
11. The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a trip for two (2) adults and two (2) children (12 years or under) to Hong Kong, China and Vietnam valued at up to $25,800, depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
 Four (4) x return economy airfares from Brisbane, QLD to Hong Kong;
 Two (2) nights five (5) star accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Causeway Hong Kong in a Family Room (or similar); and
 Seven (7) nights on a China and Vietnam luxury cruise in a Balcony cabin on cruise ship ‘Genting Dream’. Cruise departs from and returns to Hong Kong. Cruise includes all meals but beverages are not included.
Spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 01/11/2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during public holidays, other peak periods or during the December 2016 and January 2017.
12. During the entire duration of the major prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The major prize winner and his/her companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel

documentation. The major prize winner and his/her companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The major prize winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the major prize winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. Extensions and amendments to the booking may be permitted, subject to the approval of the Promoter, however all associated costs with extending or amending the booking will be the major prize winner’s full responsibility. Adding an additional guest to the booking is permitted, however all additional guests will be required to pay full price. Prize is not available with any other offers including extra on board credit offers or beverage packages.
13. The first valid entry drawn in each minor prize draw will each win a $100 Westfield Gift Card.
14. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Westfield Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Westfield Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. 15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
16. Any prize that has been won but remains unclaimed will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draws on 13/03/2017. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and telephone.
GENERAL
17. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
18. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
20. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
21. Total prize pool value is up to $26,200.
22. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including contacting Participating Retailers) and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
25. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
26. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non- Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Scentre Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents)
