Terms and conditions:

1. This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia Pty Limited ABN 39 152 425 735 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”).
2. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
3. All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged eighteen (18) years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request any Entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age.
5. The Promotion commences at 09:00 (DST) on Tuesday 1st November 2016, and ends at 24:00 (DST) on Tuesday 31st January 2017.
6. Entrance to the Promotion is via the competition website www.theviewinglounge.com.au and requires Entrants to sign up to The Viewing Lounge Newsletter by visiting the Website to complete the entry form including (but not limited to) name, email address and Postcode.
7. One (1) entry is permitted per person.
8. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation: a) Late; b) Delayed; c) Incomplete; d) Incomprehensible; e) Unlawful; f) Obscene; g) Defamatory; h) Libellous; i) Threatening; j) Pornographic; k) Harassing; l) Hateful; m) Racially or ethnically offensive; n) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence; o) Capable of violating any law; and/or p) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
10. PRIZE: One (1) major Prize to be awarded to one person aged eighteen (18) or over. Prize to include:
a. One (1) Sony 55” 4K HDR TV (RRP: $3499.00)
b. One (1) Sony Blu-ray Player (RRP: $229.00)
c. One (1) Sony Playstation Console (RRP: $439.95)
d. One (1) Playstation Universal Media Remote (RRP$49.95)
e. Fifteen (15) Universal Sony 2016 Blockbusters on Blu-ray collection (RRP: $674.85)
f. Total major prize valued at RRP $4,892.75
11. PRIZE: Five (5) minor Prizes to be awarded to five persons aged eighteen (18) or over. Each minor prize to include:
a. One (1) Universal Sony 2016 Blockbusters on Blu-ray collection (RRP: $674.85)
12. The total prize pool value is RRP $8,267.
13. An electronic random prize draw from all eligible entries received will be conducted at 11:00am (AEST), 15 February 2017 at Prize Promotions Pty Ltd, 18/7 Boundary Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. The winners will be published on www.theviewinglounge.com.au from 20 February 2017.
14. The winners will be contacted by email using supplied email address or phone number.
15. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of judging, their Prize will be forfeited.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or Entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
17. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
19. The personally identifiable information you provide in connection with the Promotion will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, located at http://www.ultravioletuniversal.com/legal/privacypolicy.aspx
20. Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
