Terms and Conditions – Narooma Plaza TV Giveaway Competition 2016

Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these conditions of entry. 2 To enter spend $10 from any participating Narooma Plaza store (11 stores). 3 The customer will be given a TV Giveaway entry form to fill in with name, phone number & email (must be in pen). 4 Participants may enter multiple times but are only eligible to win one prize. 5 Promotion commences 21th November 2016. Entries close at 1 pm EST on 16th December 2016. 6 Employees of the promoter, Narooma Plaza, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Narooma Plaza traders, staff and their immediate famiies including Woolworths staff are ineligible to enter. 7 There are 5 prizes to be won. The prizes are 1st 65inch LG smart TV + Bluray player + sound bar. 2nd 43 inch LG Smart TV. 3rd $150 Plaza Dollars. 4th $100 Plaza Dollars 5th $50 Plaza Dollars. 8 Five tickets will be drawn out of the barrel ( from 1st- 5th prize) at 2 pm( under the dome) on the 16th December  2016 .9  Winners will be contacted by phone & will be published in the Narooma News, Facebook & Narooma Plaza webpage.10 Prizes are not redeemable for cash. 11 The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into it. 12 Narooma Plaza reserves the right to use any entries for publication. The winner and the winners parent/guardian may also, at the request of the promoter, be required to participate in publicity activity on behalf of the promoter. 13 If the winner is unable to be contacted by the 23rd December 2016 the prize will be redrawn.14 The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant for submitting any entries which are not in accordance with these conditions of entry. 15 The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. 16 To the full extent permitted by law neither the promoter nor any of their associated agencies accepts any liability for any injury, damage, expenses or loss of whatsoever to persons or property arising from or in connection with this competition. 17 The promoter is Narooma Plaza, 183 Princes Hwy, Narooma NSW 2546, phone (02) 4476 4180.
