All you need to do to be in the draw is simply purchase goods from Friday’s Jetskis or Can-Am online or instore from now until 23 December. The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the competition you consent to being photographed and to your name and photograph being used for publicity purposes. The winner also agrees to participate in any publicity activities that the Promoter may reasonably require. The winner is not entitled to any payment or other compensation in connection with these activities.

The decision of the promoters in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liaison on prize collection will be with Friday’s Jetskis Manager or their nominated representative.

Friday’s Jetskis is not liable for any manufacturer’s warranty on the prizes provided.

The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Friday’s Jetskis in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Friday’s Jetskis will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the Promotion prize.

Competition is open to Australian residents only.

If you live outside travelling distance of Port Kennedy, Western Australia you will be responsible for the transport delivery charges of your brand new Sea-Doo Spark.

Competition is not open to employees of Friday’s Jetskis, their immediate family members or companies associated with this competition.

No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
