Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter is Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd. 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia (ABN 29 101 928 670) Phone: 1800 123 100

2. The competition is "WIN a trip to WSBK" with Yamaha Motor Finance.

3. Entry requirements - Entrants must have purchased a Yamaha Motorcycle, Sports ATV or ROV between 1 January 2010 and 10 February 2017 from an Authorised Yamaha Dealership, and complete the online form to enter in to the competition. 4. Open to Australian residents only and must be 16 years or older to be eligible for the 2017 WSBK experience prize package.

5. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to moderate and remove any submissions deemed offensive or against Yamaha Motor Finance policies.

6. The WSBK experience prize package (x3) is for one guest plus a partner to join Yamaha Motor Finance at the World Superbike Championship, held on 24-26 February 2017 at Phillip Island.

7. Flights to Melbourne from your nearest capital city on, 2 x nights accommodation, transfers to / from Melbourne airport and Phillip Island Circuit are inclusive. Meals, incidentals, plus other additional costs are at the expense of the competition winner.

8. Entry to the WSBK event, 2 x pit walk passes, 2 x paddock passes, Course car lap and a Scenic helicopter flight included.

9. Competition commences 1 December 2016 with closing date for registration at 12pm AEST 10 February 2017. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for registrations not received for whatever reason.

10. Entrants are allowed multiple entries into the competition, however only one entry per valid VIN number will be accepted. The competition is based on a game of chance and the winner(s) will be randomly selected Nationally by Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd.

11. The total combined value of WSBK experience (3 prizes) is approx. $5000. The three major prize winners will be drawn at 4pm AEST Friday 10th February 2017 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia and will be announced on the Yamaha Motor Australia website and Facebook page with winners notified by via email and/or phone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner(s) and select a replacement winner.

12. Entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information used by the promoter in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The winner(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal information relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

13. The prize or part thereof is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other services. The winner must be available to attend the Australian round of the World Superbike Championships from 24-26 February 2017, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be selected. Flights to Melbourne will be booked for Friday 24th February 2017 and return flights out of Melbourne will be on Sunday 26th February 2017.

14. The winner(s) plus partner must agree to provide identification to Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd. for flights, accommodation and transfers.

15. The promoter reserves all rights relating this competition and can't be challenged by the participants. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

16. Employees of Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd. or their family members, any parties connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition will not be eligible to enter the competition.

17. Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

You are providing your information to Yamaha Motor Finance Australia Pty. Ltd. and not to any other party.
