•In order to send prizes, information may need to be shared with prize suppliers. These details will not be used for Marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated.
•The competition is open to all residents of Australia who are EB World Members, except employees (and their immediate families), representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Electronics Boutique, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and the Promotion Judges (collectively, the Promotion Parties). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
•The prize is 1 x Diablo III Collector's Edition (PC), 1 x Diablo III Reaper of Souls Collector's Edition (PC)
•The promotion commences 16/01/2017 and closes 11:59PM AEST 23/01/2017. The competition will be monitored by representatives appointed by the promoter. The representative’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
•Customers may only enter once.
•Winners will be drawn on 24/01/2017.
•It is the winner’s responsibility to respond to the promoter’s best method of contact, whether it be Facebook message or email, and advise their details for further correspondence regarding delivery/pick up of the prize. The winner of the may be required to supply their postal details to receive their prize. Failure to do so, or failure to reply to the promoter within 48 hours will result in another winner being chosen.
•The winners’ prizes will be dispatched by mail. The winner should allow approximately three (3) weeks to receive their prize. The Promoter, any fulfilment company and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transit to, or delay in transit of, any prize.
