• 1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over.
• 2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
• 3. Entries open at 7:04am 4th Feburary,2017 AEST and close at 11:59am on the 28th of February 2017. This is stated as the Promotion Period.
• 4. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• · Locate the competition post hosted on the Capet Call Floor Centre Australia Facebook page.
• · In the Post Comments, the entrant should share their ideal date night in 100 words or less
• 5. The promotion period is valid to receive entries between 4th Feb 2017 AEST and close at 11:59am on 28th Feb 2017. There will be 1 winner chosen.
• 6. Valid entries will be judged on the basis of their relevance and creativity and judging will be conducted at Carpet Call HQ, 24 Jutland Street, Loganlea, QLD
1. Winner will be chosen on 1st of March, 2017
• 7. Capet Call Floor Centre Australia will comment on the winning entry to notify the winners. It is the responsibility of the winner to check back on the post to determine if they are the winner, and to send a private message to Carpet Call containing their contact details and delivery address of the recipient within 1 month of the Promoter’s post which announces the winner. For privacy reasons, the Promoter will not contact the winner by private message first to notify them of their winning entry.
• 8. If for any reason a winner does not contact the Promoter to provide their details within the time stated above, then the prize or that part of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of that prize.
• 9. In the case of any unclaimed prizes, the Promoter may choose to judge additional entries allowing the winner 1 month to claim their prize.
• 10. Each winner will win the following prize(s): Carpet Call rug from the Berlin Range (160cmX235cm) and a $200 Movie Gift Card (Event Cinemas)
• 11. The Promoter retains the right to substitute or change any prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable).
• 12. The prize, or any unused part of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
