TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Worx Tools Australia FEBRUARY 2017 COMPETITION:

This competition is open to any Australian resident aged 18 and over excluding employees of Worx Tools Australia & immediate relatives of employees of Worx Tools Australia.
To be eligible to win, a prospective entrant should be a follower of the Worx Tools Australia Facebook Page and Comment on the Facebook post according to the post instructions.
One entry per person is permitted.
The winner will be announced on the Worx Tools Australia Facebook Page prior to 6:00pm (AEST) Tuesday 27th February 2017.
Participants upon entry agrees that Worx Tools Australia has full permission to display their full name and state/territory of residence on the Worx Tools Australia Facebook page and any relevant trade publications should they win.
Worx Tools Australia must receive entries during the Promotional Period.
Worx Tools Australia accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. Worx Tools Australia is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
The winners will have until 31st March 2017 to claim their prize by contacting Worx Tools Australia by email or Facebook. If the prize is not claimed by this time, then a new winner will be drawn.
5 winners will be determined with the following criteria taken into account: Creativity, Uniqueness, Humour, relevance and succinctness.
The prize consists of 1 Worx Tools Australia WX254 screwdrivers given to each of the 5 winners that are selected.
No portion, either part or whole of the prize may be transferable as cash or in any other form unless where explicitly stated and approved by Worx Tools Australia.
Worx Tools Australia will cover the cost of shipping (via road freight) the prize to the prize winner and will only be liable for delivery to an Australian address. Worx Tools Australia makes no guarantees with regards to delivery time frames or stock availability of selected prizes. Any shipping arrangements and associated costs to a location outside of Australia will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Any personal information obtained from entrants via this competition will only be used by Worx Tools Australia and will not be released to any third party.
