TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the ‘Melbourne Comedy Festival Golden Ticket giveaway’ promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.Promotion commences Tuesday February 21 at 10am (AEST) and entries close on Tuesday February 28 at 11.00am (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).

3.Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 14. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4.To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

a. Email info@livenation.com.au sharing their favourite ‘dad’ joke.

b. Entrants must read and agree to the terms and conditions before entering.

5.Entrants may enter as many times as they like.

6.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

8.All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the judging to be held on Wednesday 1st March 2017 at 12.00pm (AEST) at Live Nation Australasia, Level 2, 11 Newton Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121, Australia.

9.This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

10.The prizes will be awarded as follows:

a.The valid entries will win:

1x double pass to the following shows: Urzila Carlson, Nazeem Hussain, Stuart Goldsmith, Jason Byrne, Deanne Smith, Des Bishop, Joel Creasey.
The total value of the prize is valued at a maximum of $210.

11.Prizes are supplied to the Promoter by Live Nation Australasia.

12.The winner will be notified via email.

13.Except as otherwise specified in these terms, spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in the Prize.

14.If the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the necessary condition to safely participate in the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award to the winner any part of the Prize.

15.Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that they agree to be bound by the venue/event organiser’s guidelines and policies.
