Promotional Terms and Conditions.
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotional period begins on the 21th February 2017 and ends on the 5th March
2017 at 11.59pm AEDST.
3. Eligible entrants must Like Bluemouth Interactive’s Facebook Community Page and
the Press-Start Australia’s Facebook Community Page during the promotional period +
enter the codeword “Revolution” on the wall or comments section - for the entry to be
considered valid,
4. Employees of Bluemouth Interactive, Press-Start Australia’s, PlayStation Australia
and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated
with this promotion are excluded from entry.
5. The promotion is valid for residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
6. The random draw will take place on or around at 10.00am on the 7th March, 2017 at Level 2,
257 Clarendon Street. South Melbourne VIC 3205
. Prize winners name will be published on the Press-Start Australia page by 10th March,
2017.
7. The first randomly-drawn, eligible entry will receive:

8. Photo Identity will be required to claim the prize. A clear link between the
Facebook page of the winning entry and the person claiming to be the winner and the
rightful owner of the Facebook account – must be able to be demonstrated by the
claimant.
9. If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, an Australian Commonwealth statutory
declaration, (or relevant country-specific equivalent) - must be signed by the winner in
the presence of an authorised witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may
not claim ownership of the one Facebook account. In such as case, the prize claim will
be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
10. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the
original draw as is necessary on 1 May, 2017 in order to distribute the prize if it remains
unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or
fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or
cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12. If any winner is under the age of 15 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's
nominated parent or guardian on their behalf.
