Get Out, a gripping thriller from first-time director Jordan Peele (of Key and Peele fame), tells the story of Chris, a young African-American man who visits his white girlfriend’s family estate.
At first, Chris reads the family’s overly accommodating behaviour as nervous attempts to deal with their daughter’s interracial relationship, but as the weekend progresses, a series of increasingly disturbing discoveries lead him to a truth that he could never have imagined.
Starring Daniel Kaluuya (Sicario), Allison Williams (Girls), Bradley Whitford (The West Wing) and Catherine Keener (Being John Malkovich), Get Out is in cinemas from Thursday 4 May.
