GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROVIDING E-MAILS FOR REGISTRATION: VegasMaster requires participants to register on site, by doing so participants agree to join VegasMaster's mailing list. This option may be removed via the confirmation mail or after receiving the first newsletter and clicking on unsubscribe.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VegasMaster's computers are the official time-keeping device for the contest. Contest is void where prohibited and in the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Israel, India, Pakistan, Somalia, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, China, Turkey, South Korea. Open only to participants who are 18 years or older or the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of entry. Contest is void where prohibited. Entrants are bound by and agree to these official rules (“Official Rules”) in order to be confirmed as a winner and the decisions of VegasMaster are final and binding. Winners will be notified 2 working days after the end of the promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: During the contest period, eligible entrants will enter the contest in the way which is presented on the contest page. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties. VegasMaster reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any entrant whom it believes has not complied with these rules or abused them.

All entry information collected becomes the sole property of VegasMaster and will not be shared or sold. Entries will not be carried forward into subsequent contest periods for other giveaways.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Selection of the winners will be conducted within 2 working days following the end of the contest period and VegasMaster will notify the potential winners via email provided at the time of entry.  Winners will be independently determined by VegasMaster, whose decisions regarding this contest are final and binding. If a potential winner does not respond within 3 calendar days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will be disqualified. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if such potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified. VegasMaster shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Shipment of the prize to the winner will occur within 1 – 5 weeks following the receipt of a signed affidavit for approved entries. The company reserves the right to offer prize substitutions of approximately equal value. Any taxes and/or fees related to any prize received are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The actual retail value of prizes may vary depending on market conditions. The difference in prize value as described herein and the prize value at the time the winner receives prize notification, if any, will not be given. VegasMaster assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any events resulting from the winner's being awarded the prize.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. To the extent allowed by applicable law, winner allows VegasMaster to use winner’s first name, initial of surname, age and country in connection with the contest (including without limitation, for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes) worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed as VegasMaster sees fit, in perpetuity (or for as long as allowed under applicable law), without further compensation unless prohibited by law. RIGHT OF TERMINATION: VegasMaster reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest if the contest or a part of it turns out to be impractical, fraudulent, void, unlawful or in case of any technical or administrative malfunctions, errors or other problems that affect the course of the contest. If the contest must be cancelled before the expiration date, a notice will be posted on the relevant contest page.
