Do you love beer? Do you love food? If you answered yes to both, then East End Cellars Masterclass: Food Culture of Beer is for you. Luckily for you, we’re giving away a double pass to the Tasting Australia event.
Hosted by Adelaide-based beer blogger (and the craft beer king), Matt King, you’ll be in for a treat with a four course meal from differing regions: an American style BBQ from Coal Cellar + Grill at the Hilton Hotel, a silky smooth Indian curry from Regini Dey, a firey Argentinian chargrill from La Boca and an aromatic Asian masterpiece from Sean’s Kitchen. To top that off, beer will be provided by some of Adelaide’s favourite brewers: Pirate Life, Mismatch, Big Shed and Hawkers. Between courses, there’ll be talk about history of food and beer from each of the different cultures, giving a snapshot on how beer came to be around the world.
East End Cellars Masterclass: Food Culture of Beer is on Wednesday, May 3 from 7.30pm-9.30pm at the Tasting Australia Town Square in Victoria Square.
