The Promoter will, at its discretion, select the best answer/s base
d upon originality, creativity, and
adherence to the word limit. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The Promoter’s decision is
final and no correspondence will be entered into.

E
ach entry must be the entrant’s original work. By entering the
Promotion, entrants consent to the
Promoter making copies of the whole or any part of their entry and otherwise exploiting the entry to
publicise the Promotion or for any other purposes and
undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not,
and its use by
the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.

Entries that in the Promoter’s opinion are offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate or that
infringe any third party rights will be invalid.

Entries will be judg
ed at the Promoter’s premises within 5 business days after the Promotion’s closing
date. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of judging and can claim
prizes by contacting the Promoter by email, phone or post.

Should any
prize be unclaimed 5 business days after winner notification, a new winner or winners will be
selected, in accordance with the above procedure.

The winner/s will be drawn at random

Should any prize be unclaimed three months after winner notification, a new winner or winners will be
drawn no later t
han four months after the notification date and in accordance with the above procedure,

The Promotion closes at midnight on the closing date advertised on the entry page. The time of entry will

responsibility for any la
te, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or for any other reason.

Entry is limited to one per person. Any additional entries citing the same email address will be
disqualified.

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible
entries will be deemed invalid.

Any entrant under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian

18.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter and prize suppliers
using the entrant's name, likeness, image
and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any
products
or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or prize suppliers
associated with the Promotion.
19.
If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to
any reason beyond the reasona
ble control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to su
bstitute a prize with a prize of
equal or greater value if a prize is for some reason unavailable.
20.
Where the prize involves the winner:
(a)
attending an event, if the event or any part of it is abandoned, varied or postponed for any reason,
then at the
Promoter’s discretion, the relevant winner (and their companion/s, if applicable) forfeits
all rights to attend the relevant event and no cash or alternative tickets will be substituted for that
element of the prize; and/or
(b)
meeting or attending a function
with a celebrity or other public figure, the Promoter will not be liable
for the failure of the winner (and their companion/s, if applicable) to meet that person or failure of
that person to attend the function, for whatever reason.
21.

in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s

. Entrants’ personal information is collected to enable identification of the winners. Your
personal
information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these
purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to any third party to the extent necessary to
fulfil a prize and for no other reason without your con
sent.
22.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility
to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any personal information should be directed to the
Promoter.
23.
Prize values are based
upon the recommended retail prices at the opening date of the Promotion
(inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between then and the
prize redemption date.
24.
Winners should seek independent financial advice as t
ax implications may arise from accepting a prize.
25.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If for any reason the winner does not
take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or t
hat
element of the prize will be forfeited. Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter may, at its absolute
discretion, substitute cash for any prize (the amount of cash being equal to the prize value).

the winner (and their companion/s, as applicable) must comply with any applicable height, weight, health,
fitness, skill, and any other requirements normally associated with the particular activity.
It is the entrant’s

as to safely participate in the Promotion and/or undertake the activities awarded as part of the prize.
The

suitability or merchantabilit
y of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law,
the Promoter, its partners, agents and suppliers are not liable for any loss or damage suffered to person or
property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, b
y the Promoter or its partners, agents
or suppliers or its or their employees, in connection with the supply of goods and services to the prize
winner/s and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner/s. This clause does not
affect any
rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the

Flight and accommodation prizes are
subject to availability and applicable hotel and airline standard terms

All aspects of the prize must be taken together as a package. All travel arrangements are subject to
availability. Travel, accommodation and associated activities c
annot be changed or cancelled once any
bookings have been made.

Any winner under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of any
travel prize.
33.
As a condition of taking the Prize, the winner and/or their companion are requ
ired to obtain suitable
travel insurance at their own expense.

Unless specified, the prize winner/s and their companion/s are responsible for all other expenses including
food and beverages, spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, activities, taxes (excl
uding departure and
any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), gratuities, service charges and all other costs.

The prize winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time, depart from the same
capital city and are respo
nsible for transport between their place/s of residence and the departure/arrival
airport in both directions.
36.
It is the winner/s and their companion’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid
documentation, including but not limited to valid
passports and visas, which meet the requirements of
immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines or penalties incurred as a
result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole respons
ibility
of the travellers.

The Promoter, its partners, agents and suppliers make no representation as to the safety, conditions or
other issues that may exist at any destination and the prize winner/s should satisfy themselves of the
