Australia's oldest opera company, Rockdale Opera will present Gilbert & Sullivan's The Gondoliers. This much loved G&S production makes a welcome return to the Rockdale Opera stage after a 14 year absence  One of the most popular of Gilbert and Sullivan's operettas - and no wonder, with Gilbert's witty lyrics, Sullivan's joyous music including the energetic cachucha, a large cast of principals supported by a host of gallant gondolieri and colourful contadine and last but certainly not least, some very interesting characters from the Sunny Spanish Shore.

Rockdale Town Hall - Saturday June 24 until Sunday July 2.
