How To Enter
Members enter via the Cazalys App. Log in using their membership details to complete the entry form.  Members can only enter once. T&C apply.
Basic Conditions
Must be a member to enter.  Winner does not have to be present at the draw. Winner will be notified by phone directly after the draw at 4pm.
Staff, Management and Board are not eligible to enter. Must be a current Cazalys member, made the required product purchases and received their stamps to participate.
Prizes
Prize is Return economy airfares from Cairns to Brisbane for two (2). 4 star accommodation including breakfast for two (2). Gold A Class Tickets to the Rugby League World Cup Final at Suncorp Stadium on 2nd December 2017.  T&C apply.
