Entry into ‘WIN a Review French Wardrobe’ competition is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over, except those persons set out in clause 10 of these terms.
These terms and conditions form part of your entry to the competition. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 5th July 2017 and will end at 9:00am AEST on Friday, 21st July 2017. (“Promotional Period”). Late entries will not be eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw or cancel the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at its own discretion without any obligation to compensate entrants.

Eligibility
6. To enter the ‘WIN a Review French Wardrobe’ competition and be eligible to win, entrants must during the Promotional Period go online at

7. Entrants are limited to one (1) entry and must fill in all mandatory fields via the competition form.
8. All entries must include the correct contact details including name, email and phone number. This information will be used to contact you should you be successful.
9. All entries must be unique and original and not contain extracts from other published material.
10. Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter and related body corporates of the Promoter (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) are not eligible to enter this competition.
The Prize and Winning
11. There is one prize to be won. This prize is:

a) 1 X $1,000.00 Review Australia gift voucher;
12. The total value of the prize pool is $1,000.00.
13. This competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in the results of this competition. Entries will be judged on creativity of the answer given which will be determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and negotiations will not be entered into.
14. Judging will take place at the Promoter’s head office located at 17 Hardner Road, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149 on Monday, 24th July 2017.
15. The nominee will be contacted via email or phone by Friday, 28th July 2017. The nominee must confirm their acceptance of the ‘‘WIN a Review French Wardrobe’ by Wednesday, 2nd August 2017.
16. If the nominee does not claim their prize by Wednesday, 2nd August 2017 then the Promoter has the right to conduct further judging which will take place at the Promoter’s head office and follow the same process as stated above until prize is accepted.
17. The Review garments chosen may be up to $1,000.00 in total. Review will use best endeavors to find product to meet the prize value and match personal selection. Final product decision is subject to product availability and at Review’s discretion. Prizes may not be exchanged, transferred or redeemable for cash. The Prize must be redeemed by 30th June 2018.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variations in the value of the prize as quoted in these terms and conditions. In the event that the prize components as listed cannot be offered at the time of fulfilment at the fault of the promoter, a replacement prize will be offered of equivalent value (at the combined discretion of the Promoter).
19. Prize is not transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
